摘　　要："药占比"是各级卫生行政部门考核医院的重要指标,也是衡量医院综合管理水平的核心要素。伴随取消药品加成政策的落地,"药占比"管控在医院管理工作中显得尤为重要。某地市三级综合医院依托信息系统平台,以完善考核体系为抓手,在辅助用药管控上着力,形成一套相对完善的临床用药管控机制,实现了药占比16.5%的目标。＂Drug proportion＂ is an important indicator of health administrative departments at all levels to assess hospitals,and is also the core factor to measure the comprehensive management level of hospitals. With the implementation of the policy to abolish drug price addition,the control of ＂drug proportion＂ becomes particularly important in the hospital management work. A tertiary municipal comprehensive hospital,by relying on the information system platform and through the improvement of assessment system,focuses on auxiliary drugs control. So a relatively complete control mechanism of clinical medication is formed,and the goal of 16.5% of drug proportion is achieved.
