摘　　要：目的了解全国范围内医院人文护理实践现状。方法以医院人文护理实践现状调查表对211所医院进行调查并分析。结果医院人文护理实践总体得分(123.21±27.64)分,得分率72.48%。各维度得分由高到低依次为人文关怀实践、人文关怀培训、人文关怀质量改进、人文关怀组织体系管理、人文关怀实践标准与管理制度。单因素方差分析发现,不同地区、不同等级医院在人文护理实践总得分以及各维度得分上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),医院是否设有人文关怀病房在人文护理实践总得分及各维度得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论国内医院人文护理实践现状不佳,人文关怀实践标准与管理制度有待建立与完善。Objective To explore the current situation of the humane nursing practice of the domestic hospitals. Method A total of 211 domestic hospitals were surveyed and analyzed by the hospital human nursing practice questionnaire.Result The total score of humane nursing practice was（123.21±27.64）（the score rate was 72.48%）. The score of each dimension ranked from high to low were as follows,humanistic care practice,humanistic care training,humanistic quality improvement,humanistic care organization system management,humanistic care practice standards and management system. Univariate analysis showed that there was no statistical significance among different regions and different grades of hospitals in the score of humane nursing practice（P〉0.05）,and hether the hospital had a human care ward had different scores in the humane nursing practice and different dimensions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The humane nursing practice of the domestic hospitals is in a low level,and it is essential to establish the humanistic care practice standards and management system.
