摘　　要：目的调查我国公立医院后勤管理的模式、人员、制度及工作内容等现状,分析其存在的问题,为制定后勤管理标准奠定基础。方法采用随机抽样的方法,以7省11家大型三级综合性公立医院为研究对象,由各医院后勤负责人如实填写一般情况问卷调查表。结果我国公立医院后勤管理工作模式分为"大后勤"和"小后勤",人力资源结构失衡、内动力较差,规章制度和应急管理建设较完善,但执行贯彻能力有待加强,能够安全节约绿色使用能源,构建多层次消防安全防范体系,基本实现后勤服务社会化管理。结论提出以创建医院后勤管理研究平台为抓手,推广医院智能后勤建设,培养新型后勤管理人才,未来将秉承"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"的5大理念,实现我国医院后勤管理的标准化、科学化和精细化发展。Objective To investigate the status of logistics management,personnel,system and work contents of public hospitals in China,analyze its existing problems,to lay foundation for logistics management standards in the future. Method Through using random sampling method,11 large tertiary comprehensive public hospitals in 7 provinces were used as the research subjects,and the general questionnaire survey was filled out by the hospital logistics leaders.Result Public hospital logistics management mode in China is divided into＂great logistics＂and＂small logistics＂,the structure of human resources is imbalance and motivation is poor;rules and regulations,and emergency managements are constructed more perfect,but the execution and implement ability need be strengthened. Using energy is safe,green and saving,a multi-level fire safety guard system is built,and logistics service socialization management is realized. Conclusion It is suggested to create a research platform for the gripper hospital logistics management,promote the hospital construction of intelligent logistics,cultivate new type of logistics management personnel,adhere to the five big idea＂innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing＂to realize the standardized,scientific and refined development of hospital logistics management in China in the future.
