摘  要:草酸钙晶体是植物组织中常见的一种细胞后含物,虽然其合成与降解机制尚不清楚,但在结石病治疗、食品安全、植物病害防治、管道工程及盐碱地利用等方面显示了较好的应用前景。对植物草酸钙晶体合成与降解机制及生理功能进行综述,相关研究成果在泌尿系统结石病治疗等领域的实践应用展示了广阔的前景。Calcium oxalate crystal is a common cell ergastic substance in plant tissues. Although the mechanism of its synthesis and degradation is not yet clear, it shows a good application prospect in the aspects of calculosis treatment, food safety, plant disease control, pipeline engineering, and saline-alkali utilization. In this review, we discussed the mechanism of synthesis and degradation of calcium oxalate crystals and their physiological functions, and showed the practical application of related research results in urinary stone disease and other fields.
