摘  要:我国拟采用水平处置作为传统竖向处置的替代方案,即将一系列容器处置在长水平巷道中,替代在竖直处置孔中处置单个容器的传统方法。与传统竖直钻孔处置方式相比,水平处置可以减少岩石开挖体积,对环境的影响较小,减少建造和运营期间对围岩地下水的影响,减少对回填材料的需求,节省经费。结合我国某高放地下实验室候选场址的地质条件,提出与水平开挖和处置试验相关的建议及试验规划。China plans to use horizontal disposal instead of vertical disposal. A set of super containers will be disposed in a long horizontal tunnel instead of the traditional method of disposing a single small canister in a vertical borehole. Compared with the traditional vertical drilling method,horizontal disposal has advantages of less rock excavation volume,less environmental impact during construction,reduced impact on the groundwater situation in the bedrock during construction and operation,reduced cost for construction and backfilling of the repository,etc. Based on the site condition of a High Level Radioactive Waste(HLW) underground research laboratory in China,some suggestions,the paper presented recommendations and test programs for horizontal tunnel excavation and disposal tests.
