新型空间管桁结构及节点力学性能研究

摘　　要：提出了一种变弦杆截面的倒三角形空间管桁架及两种管桁架新型节点。通过MIDAS/Gen 800对新型倒三角形管桁架建立计算模型,对用钢量、杆件内力、结构挠度等参数进行对比分析,给出了弦杆截面合理的变化位置及变化幅度,并与普通倒三角形桁架进行对比以验证这一新结构形式的合理性。对于两种新型节点,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建模,对节点初始刚度、极限承载力进行计算分析,并判断节点破坏形式。同时,与传统节点形式对比,给出新型节点的构造取值建议。A new type of inverted triangular space tube truss structure and two kinds of tube truss joints were proposed in the paper. According to the new type of inverted triangular space tube truss,the position and the variation range of the chord variable cross-section were determined by MIDAS/Gen 800,the comparison and analysis of structural stress ratio,steel quantity and deflection were conducted,so as to obtain the rational position and amplitude of variation for chord＇s cross-section. In addition,the rationality of the new structure was verified by comparing with the common inverted triangle truss. The two new types of joints were analyzed by finite element software ABAQUS. The initial stiffness and ultimate bearing capacity of the joints were analyzed,the failure modes of joints were observed. Compared with the traditional joints,the structural parameters of new type of joints were proposed.
