摘 要:在分析以往研究成果的基础上,提出一种更为量化的直角扣件及旋转扣件节点半刚性模型。在考虑初始缺陷及扣件半刚性性质条件下,对几种构造形式的扣件式钢管模板支架进行有限元分析,比较相关文献中的原型试验结果与采用提出的节点半刚性模型的有限元分析结果,探究计算长度系数法下的允许承载力能否进行非线性二阶分析。分析结果表明:所提出的扣件节点半刚性模型合理可靠,可以推广应用到扣件式钢管模板支架的设计和计算中。Based on the analysis of former research results,a more quantitative semi-rigid joint model with right-angle fastener and rotating fastener was put forward. A finite element analysis on several different forms of fastener-style steel tubular formwork supports considering the semi-rigid characteristics of the fasteners and the initial imperfections was conducted. The prototype experimental results of relevant literature were compared with the finite element analysis results of the presented semi-rigid joint calculation model,and the bearing capacity which based on effective length approach whether could pass the second-order effect analysis-checking was explored. The results showed that the fastener-style semi-rigid joint model in the paper was reasonable and reliable and it could be applied to the design and calculation of fastener-style steel tubular formwork supports.
