摘 要:针对目前有机植筋胶易老化、凝结时间长等问题,开发出一种新型碱矿渣无机植筋胶,并分析其植筋机理。通过无机胶凝材料试块的凝结时间和抗压强度试验,确定无机植筋胶的最优配合比。通过采用此无机植筋胶在混凝土基材上进行植筋拉拔试验,观察植筋试件破坏模式,研究其黏结锚固性能,并与环氧树脂有机植筋胶的黏结锚固性能进行对比。试验结果表明:该碱矿渣无机植筋胶高强快凝、黏结锚固性能及耐久性良好。In view of the problems of organic planting glue such as easy aging and long agglomeration time,the paper developed a new kind of alkali-activated inorganic planting glue and analyzed its planting mechanism. The optimal mixing ratio of inorganic anchorage glue was determined by the experiment of setting time and compressive strength.Through the pull-out test for planting bar on the concrete substrate with inorganic glue,the bond and anchor performance of inorganic planting specimen were studied by observing the failure modes of the specimers and comparing with the bond and anchor performance of the specimens with epoxy resin organic planting glue. The results showed that the alkali-activated inorganic planting glue had high strength and fast setting,the bond and anchoring performance,and its durability was good.
