资源枯竭型小城镇濮阳文留镇规划的探索

摘　　要：基于国内资源枯竭型工业城镇面临转型和复活再利用的困境,从国内外工业遗产理论及实践的研究角度,另辟蹊径,以叙事理论为出发点,结合濮阳市文留镇中原油田一厂与文留镇区的关系,挖掘各种叙事资源要素,提出城镇特色定位为石油特色和田园风貌,同时提出一轴、一环、四区的文化主题线路,对4个文化主题区分别进行相应的叙事资源构建和再利用建议,以期对资源型城镇工业的资源进行充分再利用,构建具有极强文化地域特色的风情小镇。Based on the difficulties of transformation and re-use of resource-exhausted industrial townships in China,the paper took narrative theory as a starting point from the perspective of theory and practice of industrial heritage both at home and abroad. Combined with the actual relationship of the first plant of Zhongyuan Oilfield with their host district Wenliu town, Puyang, various elements of narrative resources were explored, an urban feature with characteristics of oil and pastoral style was put forward,as well as the cultural theme lines including one axis,one ring and four zones. Meantime,the corresponding four different cultural theme zones in a way of narrative resources construction and reuse were recommend,in order to make full use of the urban features of resource-based industries area and build a town with a strong regional culture.
