摘 要:采用离心铸造方法制备Ti Al Si/Al-Si复合材料筒状件,研究铸件沿径向方向的微观组织特征,测试铸件的硬度及耐磨性能。结果表明:复合材料铸件形成了外层聚集大量自生初生Ti Al Si颗粒、内层基本不含初生颗粒的两层组织结构。含有增强颗粒的铸件外层硬度值更大,体积磨损量更小。在离心场中,初生Ti Al Si颗粒的离心运动是形成外层增强复合材料的主要原因。自生颗粒形成了高体积分数颗粒增强区,有效提高了复合材料的硬度与耐磨性能。TiAlSi/Al-Si composite tubes were prepared by centrifugal casting. Along the radial direction, from the outer wall to the inner wall of the tubes, the microstructure characteristic was investigated, and the hardness and wear resistance were also tested. The results show that a two-layer structure including many in-situ primary TiAlSi particles in the outer layer, and few particles in the inner layer is formed in TiAlSi/Al-Si composite castings. The outer layer of the tubes perform better hardness values and smaller volume wear. In the centrifugal field, the centrifugal movement of TiAlSi particles is the main reason for the formation of the composite with the two layers. The formation of high volume fraction particle area improves the hardness and wear resistance of the composite effectively.
