摘  要:为明确温拌剂降粘作用对于沥青混合料压实特性的影响规律,制备了两种常用温拌改性沥青及其混合料,系统研究了温拌剂对于沥青粘度及抗车辙因子的影响规律,通过马歇尔击实试验及路用性能试验全面研究温拌剂对于压实度的影响,确定温拌改性沥青混合料的压实特性,在此基础上,借助原子力显微镜对温拌沥青的微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,温拌剂的掺加能够大幅降低沥青的粘度,提高材料的高温稳定性;虽然温拌改性混合料的压实度略低于普通热拌沥青混合料,但各项路用性能均优于普通热拌沥青混合料,内部介质分布均匀,不存在团聚等不良现象。For the purpose of understanding the effect of warm modifier on the compaction of asphalt mixture, two kinds of warm modified asphalt and its mixture were prepared. The impact law of warm modifier on the viscosity and rutting resistance factor of asphalt were studied systematically. The compaction characteristics of asphalt mixture influenced by warm modifier were studied through Marshall compaction test. Finally, the microstructure of warm modified asphalt was explored. The results showed that the application of warm modifier could decrease the viscosity of asphalt and improve the high temperature stability remarkably. Through the compaction degree of warm asphalt mixture was slightly lower than that of hot asphalt mixture, the pavement performances of warm asphalt mixture were better than that of hot asphalt mixture. The modifier distributed in the asphalt evenly and no agglomeration phenomenon existed.
