摘　　要：介绍了两种催化剂在Spherpol聚丙烯工艺开发薄壁注塑专用料中的应用情况。通过对比,两种催化剂对聚合反应温度、熔融指数的影响基本一致,催化剂的活性、三剂使用量基本相当。PSP-01氢气浓度高,有利于产品立构规整性提高,CS-2-C氢气浓度低,生产平稳。Application of two kinds of catalysts in Spherpol polypropylene process for the development of thin-walled injection molding special materials was introduced. By contrast, the effect of the two catalysts on the polymerization temperature and the melting index was basically the same. The activities of the catalysts and the use amounts of the three agents were basically the same. The high hydrogen concentration of PSP-01 was beneficial to the improvement of the structure of product; the low hydrogen concentration of CS-2-C was beneficial to the smooth production.
