摘  要:目前检测重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素的方法主要是高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和在检测的精密度要求不高的情况下使用中和滴定法。HPLC因分析成本较高,并不适用于日常大批量药品的检测。而中和滴定法操作步骤繁琐,其准确度及实验结果的重现性并不能够令人满意。在此,我们建立了一种B-Z化学振荡法测定重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素含量的方法,在最佳实验条件下,重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素浓度在3.92×10-5~3.33×10-3 mol/L范围内,其负对数与B-Z化学振荡体系周期的改变量ΔT之间呈一良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为ΔT=-59.709(-lg C)+253.67(R^2=0.982 3),检出限为4.76×10-10 mol/L。并对可能的反应机理进行探究。与其他分析方法相比,本法具有简单、迅速、设备低廉、检测限低、灵敏度高等优点。At present, the main methods for detection of noradrenaline bitartrate are high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and neutralization titration with low detection precision. Due to high cost of HPLC analysis method, it is not suitable for widespread use in practical biomedical analysis. And the procedures of neutralization titration are cumbersome, and its experimental reproducibility and accuracy are poor. Therefore, development of a simple and low-cost method for detecting noradrenaline bitartrate without using sophisticated instruments is a desirable analytical goal. In this paper, a method for determination of noradrenaline bitartrate based on B-Z chemical oscillation system was established. Under the optimum conditions, the negative logarithm of the concentration of noradrenaline bitartrate in the range 3.92×10-5-3.33×10-3 mol/L, had a good linear relationship with ΔT of the B-Z chemical oscillating system, the linear regression equation was ΔT =-59.709(-lg C) + 253.67(R2 = 0.982 3), and the detection limit was 4.76×10-10 mol/L. The possible reaction mechanism was also investigated by electrochemical method. Compared with other analytical methods, B-Z chemical oscillating system is simple and rapid, and has low cost, low detection limit and high sensitivity.
