摘  要:工业界加热炉系统的脱硫装置中烟气对金属的腐蚀很严重,特别是烟气GGH中的热管腐蚀制约着它的使用寿命。目前我国还没有成熟的方法解决这一问题,制约了GGH的推广使用。通过采用耐高温乙烯基树脂涂料、有机与无机结合的树脂陶瓷涂料、石墨烯改性钛纳米高分子高合金涂料(简称石墨烯涂料)3种体系的涂料在实验室、现场样管试验以及实际应用,通过3年多试验与应用证明,采用石墨烯改性涂层的热管比没有防腐涂层的热管(ND钢)可以提高使用寿命1倍以上。解决了热管的烟气露点的腐蚀问题。同时石墨烯涂料在脱硫系统中对金属腐蚀的防护,可以替代乙烯基玻璃鳞片树脂胶泥,提高金属防腐蚀寿命,降低设备投资。The flue gas is very corrosive to metals in desulfurization installations of heating furnace systems in industry. In particular, heat pipe corrosion in GGH restricts its service life. As so far, there has not yet an effective way to solve this problem. Therefore the promotion and use of GGH are restricted. In this article, the analysis of three types of coating systems, such as high temperature vinyl resin coatings, organic and inorganic resin ceramic coatings and graphene modified titanium nanoalloy coatings (i.e., graphene coatings) is carried out via experiments in the laboratory, on-site sample testing and practical applications. The results show that the heat pipe coated with graphene coating can increase the service life by more than one time as compared with the heat pipe (ND steel) without anticorrosive coating. Moreover, it solves the corrosion problem of the flue gas dew point on the heat pipe. At the same time, the graphene coating can replace the vinyl glass flake resin binder to protects metal in the desulfurization system, and improve /he anticorrosion life of the metal and reduce equipment investment.
