摘 要:使用凝胶渗透色谱测定了合成的羟基丙烯酸树脂的相对分子质量,发现相对分子质量的分散指数较小(1.82)。羟基丙烯酸树脂先与过量的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应,再加入氟表面活性剂(FSO-100),与剩余的IPDI反应,制得的含氟丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层。经TH210邵氏硬度机和OCA20接触角测试仪测定,结果表明:随着FSO-100用量的增加,涂层的平均邵氏硬度缓慢地减小,但平均接触角却是增加的。涂层防雾性能测试显示,涂层上水珠变得越来越大。这与理论分析相一致。The molecular weight of the synthesized hydroxyl acrylic resin was mensurated by gel permeation chromatograph (GPC). It has been found that the molecular weight dispersion index is relatively small (1.82). The fluorinated acrylic polyurethane was obtained by the reaction of hydroxyl acrylic resin and excessive isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), followed by the reaction of fluorinated surfactant (FSO-100) and residual IPDI. The shore hardness and contact angle of the prepared antifogging coating based on fluorinated acrylic polyurethane were determined using a TH210 shore hardness testing machine and an OCA20 contact angle testing machine repectively. The results show that the average shore hardness decreases gently while the average contact angle increases with the increase of FSO-100 content. The antifogging property measurement of the coating shows that waterdrops became greater and greater, which is in accordance with theoretical analysis.
