摘　　要：功能性消化不良（functional dyspepsia,FD）作为临床常见的功能性胃肠病,其具有反复发作和迁延不愈的特点,严重影响患者及家属的工作及生活,成为当今社会一个严峻的医疗卫生问题。现代医学多采用对症治疗,然而疗效并不尽如人意,且具有一定的副作用。枳实中药复方治疗FD临床效果良好、不良反应少、复发率低,具有明显的优势。本研究从FD的发病机制出发,对枳实中药复方治疗FD的相关性研究进展作一综述,为FD临床及基础的进一步研究提供参考依据。Functional dyspepsia（FD） is the common form of clinical functional gastrointestinal diseases, which is recurrent attacks and has protracted course, affecting the patient and his families’ work and life severely. FD has become a serious medical and health problem in current society. Western medicine treatment of the disease is mainly symptomatic treatment without satisfactory effect and causes some side effects. Chinese herbal compound Citrus aurantium for functional dyspepsia treatment has obvious advantages, with better effect, less adverse reaction and lower recurrence rate. For starting from the pathogenesis of FD, this study reviewed the recent research progress of the correlations of Chinese herbal compound Citrus aurantium for functional dyspepsia treatment, providing a reference for further clinical and basic research.
