摘 要:文章给出了大地方位角和圆概率误差的精确算法,以便在工程中正确应用。大地方位角的精确算法是对《国军标GJB6304.2008中国大地测量系统》中的大地方位角算法的补充完善,使之成为可实现可计算机编程的算法,笔者开发了这一C”算法程序;结合实例将该程序运行结果与国军标中的结果进行了比对,验证了笔者开发的算法程序的精确性,程序与大地方位角简便算法计算结果作了比较,指出了简便算法的适用范围。分析了《GJB6090-2007机载雷达对抗侦察设备定型试验规程》中方位角算法的误差原因,通过与本文的大地方位角计算结果比较,表明《GJB6090-2007))中方位角算法没有适用性。本文还给出了任意百分比的圆概率误差精确计算方法,并解决了计算难题,用于评估导弹落点精度和对地面辐射源定位精度;并论述了有关国军标中的圆概率误差计算公式的不准确。This paper gives a precision algorithm for geodetic azimuth and circular error probability to apply cor- rectly in engineering. This paper reinforces the geodetic azimuth algorithm in GJB 6304-2008 China geodetic system to make it becomes a programmable algorithm and develops the C ^++ algorithm programs, makes the com- parison of program results with the result for GJB by using an example to validates the correctness of the algo- rithm program and with the result of the simplified algorithm for geodetic azimuth, and gives the scope of applica- bility of the simplified algorithm. The error reasons of azimuth algorithm in Approval test regulation airborne ra- dar countermeasure reconnaissance equipment ( GJB 6090-2007) are analyzed and it shows that there is no usa- bility for the azimuth algorithm in GJB 6090-2007 by comparing with the result of azimuth algorithm in this pa- per. Meanwhile this paper gives a precision algorithm for circular error probability to evaluate accuracy of mis- sile fall points and location accuracy of radiation source on the earth, and deals with the inaccuracy of formula for circular error probability in GJB.
