四手操作技术在ND-YAG激光治疗牙周炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨四手操作在ND-YAG激光治疗牙周炎的临床应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2017年6月就诊于本院牙周科的牙周炎患者40例(80颗患牙),随机分为研究组和对照组,每组20例(40颗患牙)。2组均进行ND-YAG激光龈下刮治,其中研究组采用四手操作的护理方法,对照组采用常规巡回护理方法。比较2组治疗效率、牙周指标、患者满意度、仪器设备的运行情况。结果研究组的治疗时间较对照组短;研究组牙周指标(PD、CAL)通过3个月观察的改善程度较对照组高;患者对护理工作的满意度较对照组高;通过仪器设备资料登记显示研究组的运行情况较对照组好。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四手操作技术能提高ND-YAG激光治疗牙周炎的疗效,减轻患者的痛苦,减少治疗中不良反应的发生、提升患者对护理工作的满意度,要求护士具备丰富的专业技术水平及四手操作配合能力。Objective To explore the application effects of four-handed technique in the treatment of periodontitis with ND-YAG laser.Methods We selected 40 patients（ 80 teeth） with periodontitis who were treated in the Department of periodontitis in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017,and divided them into the study group and the control group randomly with 20 cases（ 40 teeth） in each group. The 2 groups were treated with ND-YAG laser subgingival curettage. The study group was treated with four-handed technique,and the control group was treated with routine nursing. The treatment efficiency,the periodontal index,the patients＇ satisfaction and the operation of the equipment of the 2 groups were compared. Results The treatment efficiency,the periodontal index,the patients＇ satisfaction and the operation of the equipment of the research group were better than the control group. The difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Four-handed technique can improve the efficiency of ND-YAG laser in the treatment of periodontitis,relieve the pain of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions in the treatment,improve patients＇ satisfaction with nursing work,and requires nurses to have rich professional skills and four-handed operation cooperation ability.
