摘 要:基于平面偏振干涉测量原理,提出了一种用于平板玻璃中部应力检测的偏振移相干涉测量法。通过旋转检偏器实现了偏振移相,采用建立的数学模型得到了应力双折射数值及其分布曲线,由玻璃的应力光学系数得到了中部应力值。对浮法平板玻璃样品的中部应力进行了实验研究,结果表明,所提方法的测量误差可控制在3%以内,测量重复性优于1nm/cm,验证了所提方法的可行性。A polarization phase-shifting interferometric method is proposed to measure the central stress in flat glass based on the principle of plane polarization interferometry.Rotating analyzer can be used to realize polarization phase-shifting.The stress birefringence values and their distribution curves are obtained with the constructed mathematical model,and then the central stress value can be calculated from the stress-optical coefficients.The central stress of float flat glass is experimentally investigated and the experimental results show that the measurement error of this proposed method is less than 3%,and the measurement repeatability is superior to 1 nm·cm^-1,which can verify the feasibility of this proposed method.
