摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯和鳞片石墨为主要起始原料,经溶胶凝胶-浸渍法制备了膨胀石墨(EG)负载H_(3+x)PW_(12-x)V_xO_(40)/TiO_2(x=0~4)复合光催化剂,采用SEM,EDS,XRD,FT-IR,UV-Vis进行表征。以紫外、可见光催化降解甲基橙废水评价其光催化活性。结果表明,与H_(3+x)PW_(12-x)V_xO_(40)/TiO_2/EG(x=0,1,3,4)相比,H_5PW_(10)V_2O_(40)/TiO_2/EG因其结构中H_5PW_(10)V_2O_(40)的存在,光生电子-空穴分离速率加快,量子效率提高,光催化活性明显增强。此外,催化剂循环使用4次后,依然保持了较高的活性。Tetrabutyl titanate and graphite as main starting materials,H_(3+x)PW_(12-x)V_xO_(40)/TiO_2/EG(x = 0-4) composite photocatalysts were prepared by sol-gel and impregnation method and characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD,FT-IR,and UV-Vis. The photocatalytic activity of composite photocatalysts were evaluated by photo-degradation of methyl orange wastewater under ultraviolet and visible light irradiation. The experiment results showed that H_5PW_(10)V_2O_(40)/TiO_2/EG exhibited higher activity for photo-degradation of methyl orange than TiO_2/EG without modification and modification with other vanadium substituted Keggin type phosphotungstic acids. The photo-catalytic activity was promoted significantly due to acceleration of photo-generated electron-hole pairs separation rate and enhancement of photocatalytic quantum efficiency,which originated from H_5PW_(10)V_2O_(40). Besides,H_5PW_(10)V_2O_(40)/TiO_2/EG photocatalyst retained its high catalytic activity after 4 consecutive recycles.
