机械蒸发处理垃圾渗滤液的试验研究

摘　　要：对生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液原水、MBR出水、NF浓缩液分别进行机械蒸发试验。结果表明,机械蒸发装置适合MBR产水、NF浓缩液的处理,回收率达到90%;COD和氨氮的去除率达到92%以上,达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)的表2标准。渗滤液原水则不适合用机械蒸发法处理。The mechanical evaporation test was respectively carried out on the raw water of landfill leachate,MBR outlet water and NF concentrate. The results show that the mechanical evaporation device is suitable for MBR water production and NF concentrate processing,the recovery rate can reach 90% and the removal rate of COD and ammonia nitrogen reach above 92%,meeting the requirements of ＂Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste＂（GB 16889-2008）. The mechanical vapor recompression doesn＇t agree with treatment for the leachate raw water.
