摘 要:通过洗涤负载有机相,不进行反萃,负载有机相再次加入至萃取段,通过改变相比,提高钪的富集率。研究表明,二级串级萃取,每级萃取10 min,空白有机相萃取钛白废酸,相比O/A=1∶20,钪的萃取率为95.75%;负载有机相经洗涤后进行第一次循环萃取,相比O/A=1∶15,钪的萃取率为93.3%;进行第二次循环萃取,相比O/A=1∶12,钪的萃取率为91.1%;进行第三次循环萃取,相比O/A=1∶10,钪的萃取率为70%。通过循环萃取,氧化钪的相对纯度由单次萃取的99.5%提升至99.95%。By washing loaded organic phase,without stripping,loaded organic phase was added to the extraction section again to further improve enrichment rate of scandium by changing phase ratio. The experimental results showed that extraction rate of scandium,under two stage counter current extraction,was 95. 75% from titanium dioxide waste acid in the blank organic phase with the phase ratio O/A of 1 ∶ 20 by stirring 10 minutes for each stage. After washing,the first circulating extraction was conducted in the loaded organic phase with the phase ratio O/A of 1 ∶ 15 and extraction rate of scandium was 93. 3%; The extraction rate of scandium was 91. 1% for the second circulating extraction with the phase ratio O/A of 1 ∶ 12 and 70% for the third circulating extraction with the phase ratio O/A of 1 ∶ 10. By circulating extraction,the relative purity of scandium oxide was improved from 99. 5% in the single-stage extraction to 99. 95%.
