摘  要:为提升EAST氦低温系统压缩站运行的可靠性及故障态下的自动处理能力,该文利用过程模拟软件Ecosim Pro建立了氦压缩机站模型,设计实验程序模拟了启动、正常停机和单台压缩机紧急故障停机过程,获得了压缩机站系统的动态响应特性。通过分析故障对关键部位压力和流量造成的影响,研究了相应的应急控制策略并设计了故障监测与处理模块。模拟结果表明,所提应急控制策略取得了良好的故障处理效果,该动态模拟研究对于实际系统的控制程序优化具有重要的指导意义。To improve the reliability of the EAST helium compressor station and automatic processing ability in fault status,the helium compressor station of EAST cryogenic system was modeled by Ecosim Pro,a process simulation software. The experiment program was developed to simulate the processes such as starting,normal stop and emergent shutdown process caused by fault,and then we get the dynamic response characteristics of the system. Based on the analysis for effects on pressure and flow of critical parts,the corresponding emergency control strategies was studied and then a fault monitoring and handling module was designed. The simulation results show that the emergency control strategies behave well performance for fault handling,and the dynamic simulation has a great significance for guiding the optimization of control programs in real system.
