城镇化对广西沿边农村发展的作用机理研究

摘　　要：随着城镇化进程加快,广西沿边民族地区农村得到进一步发展。城镇化通过经济辐射、技术传播、思维带动、扩大公共服务保障等方式推动农村发展,但城镇化进程中农村劳动力、资金等要素向城镇集聚,也给农村发展带来了劳动力不足、资金缺乏等问题。现采用面板数据,对广西沿边民族地区城镇化促进农村发展的作用实证结果显示:城镇化对农业增产、农民增收、农村规模扩大、农业现代化具有显著的促进作用。据此,提出在城镇化进程中,要完善城乡协调发展机制、提高农村居民科学文化素质、推进农业产业化、完善农村基础设施建设,以促进广西沿边民族地区农村发展。With the accelerating process of urbanization, the rural areas in the border areas of Guangxi province also develop. Urbanization has promoted rural development through economic radiation, technology transmission, thinking drive, and expansion of public services. However, the rural labor force,capital and other factors also gather in cities and towns in this process, which brings the rural development some problems like the shortage of labor and lack of funds.From panel data,we studied the effect of the urbanization on rural development in the border areas of Guangxi province, and its empirical results show that urbanization has a significant effect on increasing agricultural production, increasing farmers＇ income, expanding rural scale and realizing agricultural modernization.So we point out that in the process of urbanization, we should improve the mechanism of coordinated development between urban and rural areas, improve the scientific and cultural quality of rural residents, promote the industrialization of agriculture and improve the rural infrastructure construction to promote the rural development in the border areas of Guangxi.
