摘  要:根据兴县某选煤厂处理中高灰难浮煤的性质,针对当前浮选效果差、药剂制度不合理的情况对浮选工艺中药剂制度进行探讨研究,选取化工副产品LB-3-1作为捕收剂、杂醇260-T作为起泡剂,在合理的药剂制度下,获得浮选精煤产品,达到产率78%、灰分15%的工艺指标,符合企业要求。研究表明,此浮选药剂制度合理,生产指标理想,经济效益良好。According to the properties of high ash and difficult flotation of coal in a coal preparation plant in Xingxian Town,the flotation process was studied in the light of the current poor flotation results and the unreasonable flotation reagent system.By selecting chemical byproduct LB-3-1 as collector and fusel 260-T as foaming agent,we obtained clean coal products under the reasonable flotation reagent system.The products meet the technical indicators(78% productivity and 15% ash),in line with business requirements.The research shows that this flotation reagent system is reasonable with ideal production index and economic benefit.
