摘  要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维技术在肋骨骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院自2012年5月至2016年5月间收治的受胸部外伤患者139例作为研究对象,依据不同诊断方法分成2组,即多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断74例、常规X线检查65例,比较2组患者的诊断结果。结果多层螺旋CT重建检查前肋骨骨折、后肋骨骨折、肋腋弓骨折的准确率依次为87.5%、94.1%、96.0%,而常规X线检查的准确率分别为66.7%、80.0%、63.6%,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.812,χ~2=3.452,χ~2=7.917,P<0.05)。结论采用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术诊断肋骨骨折准确率高,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the multi-slice CT three-dimensional technology applied value in the diagnosis of rib fractures. Methods Our hospital since May 2012 to May 2016 by chest trauma patients admitted between 139 cases as the research objects, according to the different diagnosis methods were divided into two groups, namely the multilayer spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of 74 cases, conventional X-ray 65 cases, compared the diagnostic results of two groups of patients. Results Multi-slice CT reconstruction before and after fractured ribs, rib axillary arch fractures accuracy were 87.5% 、94.1% 、96.0%, and the accuracy of conventional X-ray were 66.7%、80.0%、63.6%, the data contrast differences between groups was statistically significant(χ~2=3.812,χ~2=3.452, χ~2=7.917, P〈0.05). Conclusion Using multi-slice CT three dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of rib fracture accuracy is high, is worth popularizing.
