摘 要:依托某地下储油洞库工程,对水幕系统设计及连通性测试方法进行研究。研究结果表明:水幕孔布置方式与岩体结构面密切相关,本工程以动态设计为理念,采用混合布置方案,水平和垂直水幕孔初步设计间距分别为10m和20m;结合工程特点,确定了影响水幕孔施工质量的主要因素:设备选型、钻机速度、钻孔定位等;系统介绍了水幕孔现场注水回落试验、分区有效性试验和全面水力试验方法,根据水幕孔连通性的判别准则,对标段水幕孔连通性进行了评价与动态设计。研究成果可为类似工程建设提供参考。With the project of a underground crude oil storage caverns as the background, the design of the groundwater curtai-ning system and the methods of testing inter-connectivity are studied in the paper. The results of our research show that the lay-out of water curtain boreholes is closely related to the discontinuity of the rock mass. With the dynamic design as its notion, the project adopts the mixed layout scheme, with the preliminary designed spaces of the boreholes of the horizontal and vertical groundwater curtains being respectively 10 m and 20 m;with the characteristics of the project taken into account, the main fac-tors that influence the construction quality of the boreholes of the water curtain are determined: equipment selection,drilling speed,locating boreholes, etc. ; the methods of the drop test of water injection at the water curtain borehole site, the partition validity test and the comprehensive hydraulic test are systematically introduced in the paper. In the light of the judging criteria for the inter-connectivity of water curtain boreholes, the inter-connectivity of the water curtain boreholes are evaluated and dynam-ically designed. The results of our research may serve as a useful reference for the construction of other similar projects.
