摘　　要：采用文献资料法等对体育扶贫工作进行研究。认为:体育扶贫是改善贫困人口生产生活条件的体育手段、体育方式、体育行为的集合以及实施这些行动的过程;体育扶贫工作存在着对体育扶贫认识不足,体育扶贫顶层设计滞后,体育扶贫措施存在定位偏差等问题。建议:从加强政府支持、实施体育扶贫社会宣传、构建体育产业扶贫关联机制、优化贫困地区体育基础设施建设、有效开展贫困人口体育活动5个方面来推进体育扶贫工作开展,以更好地帮助贫困人口脱贫。Using literature review and other methods to study sports poverty alleviation work. Sports poverty alleviation is a collection and actions process of improving the living and production conditions by sport means, sport methods and sport behavior. There are some problems in sports poverty alleviation work which are insufficient understanding, hysteretic top-level design and positioning deviation of measures, etc. To really help people out of the poor, it is suggested that the poverty alleviation work should be promoted from five aspects： strengthening government support, implementing the social publicity of sports poverty alleviation, constructing the related mechanism between poverty alleviation and sports industry, optimizing sports infrastructure in poor areas and carrying out the sports activities for the poor people efectively.
