摘　　要：采用文献资料法等分析"互联网+体育产业"各个领域,预测发展趋势,探讨加快升级转型道路的策略。主要结论:发展趋势为打造精细化分类平台,带来更及时、更移动、更社交的体育体验,自制体育IP和体育节目将是未来走向,共享经济开辟新蓝海;策略是更新服务意识以融合促创新,加强技术研发推进大数据应用,完善相关制度保障加强网络安全,创新体育产业供给模式,提高体育产业整体绩效。The paper analyzes the fields of ＂internet ＋ sports industry＂, forecasts its development trends, and discusses the strategy of speeding up its upgrading and transformation by using the methods of literature review and so on. The tendency includes： to create refine classification platform, bring more timely, mobile and social sports experience; homemade sports IP and sports programs will lead the future trend; sharing economy will open up the new blue ocean. Strategies include： update service consciousness and promote innovation by integration; strengthen technology research and development, promote the application of big data; improve the relevant security system, and strengthen the construction of network security; innovate supply mode of sports industry and improve the overall performance of sports industry.
