摘　　要：在"京张"冬奥背景下,冬奥会与河北省体育旅游带具有较强的关联性和紧密融合的现实需求。采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对我国河北省体育旅游带的现状、构建的必要性与可能性、开发的原则与重点区域等进行分析。研究认为,河北省丰富的体育旅游资源和较为齐备的体育旅游设施条件,为河北省体育旅游带的构建打下坚实基础。旅游带的开发应以冀北、冀中、冀南、冀西为重点区域,合理运用其丰富的自然、人文资源,打造具有特色的河北省体育旅游带。抓住"京张"举办冬奥会的契机,合理规划、积极构建河北省体育旅游带,最大限度促进体育旅游带的可持续发展,努力推动河北省全民健身的深入开展和体育产业的不断发展,进而形成冬奥会的举办与区域社会协调发展的新局面。Under the background of ＂ Beijing-Zhangjiakou＂ Winter Olympics, the Games and sports tourism zone in Hebei province has strong affinity and realistic requirement of close integration. Using the methods of documentary and logic analysis, the authors have studied the current situation of the sports tourism zone in Hebei, the necessity and possibility of building the tourism zone, as well as development principles and key areas. The research suggests that rich sports tourism resources in Hebei and relatively complete facilities of sports tourism lay a solid foundation for the sports tourism in Hebei. The rich natural and humanistic resources can be used to develop characteristic sports tourism in Hebei; it proposed to seize the opportunity of hosting the winter Olympic Games, have a reasonable planning of the sports tourism zone, and promote the sustainable development of the zone to a maximum, so that we can realize the coordinated development of the Olympics and the regional society.
