摘 要:采用文献资料、比较分析、专家访谈等研究方法,对冬季项目备战2022年北京冬奥会跨项跨界选材进行发展效率分析,主要涉及到新时代冬季项目人才储备、跨项跨界选材、发展效率等相关内容。研究认为,我国冬季项目跨项跨界选材存有来源项目、区域、经济、人口、政策等优势和机遇,同时也面临着冬季项目起步晚、人才储备不足、发展基础薄弱、国际竞争激烈等问题。建议借助地方力量,整合优势资源,建立跨项跨界选材联合选拔培养机制,快速提高冬季项目竞技水平,实现跨越式发展,走中国特色超常规备战新路子。With the methods of literature review, comparative analysis and expert interview, this paper analyzes the development efficiency of cross-entry selection for winter projects in preparation for the 2022 Winter Olympics, mainly involving in talent reserve, cross- entry selection, and development efficiency. Study suggests that for the eross-entry talent selection, we have advantages and opportunities in projects, regions, economy, population and policies, and also some problems, such as late start of winter projects, insufficient talent reserve, weak development foundation, and fierce international competition. To realize leapfrog development, it proposes to take a new way with Chinese characteristics to prepare for the Games by integrating superior resources, establishing eross-entry talent selection mechanism.
