摘　　要：中国近代地质学的发展得益于中外地质学家的密切合作。安特生、葛利普、德日进、巴尔博等学者曾作为中国地质调查所的顾问或合作者,为中国古脊椎动物学和地层学(特别是黄土研究)的发展做出了重要贡献。本文根据新发现德日进致翁文灏书信、已出版的德日进书信、杨钟健的游记、回忆录以及相关地质学论著,以德日进与杨钟健1929、1932年在山西的两次合作地质考察为例,试图重构这两次地质考察的过程,并结合考察的相关研究成果,探讨国际合作对中国地质学发展的影响。The early development of geology in China relied deeply on the close collaboration between Chinese and foreign geologists. As advisers or collaborators of the Geological Survey of Chi- na, Johan Gunnar Andersson （1874--1960）, Amadeus William Grabau （1870--1946）, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin （1881--1955） and George B. Barbour （ 1890--1977 ） played an important role in the field of verterbrate fossils and stratigraphy, especially in the study of loess in China. Based on newly found letters between Teilhard de Chardin and Wong Wenhao, the published correspondence of Teilhard de Chardin, C. C. Young＇s travelogue and memoir, related papers and works on geology, this paper tries to figure out the processes of two geological reconnasissances to Shanxi made by Teil- hard de Chardin and C. C. Young in 1929 and 1932, with support from the Cenozoic Laboratory, Geological Survey of China. By analysing the publications of the results of these two reconnaissances, it discusses the impact of international cooperation on the development of geology in China.
