摘　　要：目的:探讨曹仁发教授特色理筋整骨推拿手法治疗膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法:将66例KOA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各33例,治疗组采用曹仁发教授特色理筋整骨推拿手法(每天1次,5次为1个疗程,疗程间隔2天)治疗,对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊口服治疗(1粒,bid),连续治疗4个疗程(4周)后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、日本骨科协会膝关节评分(JOA)评定疗效。结果:治疗组愈显率为87.89%,显著高于对照组的60.61%(P<0.01);治疗组VAS、JOA评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:曹仁发教授特色理筋整骨推拿手法治疗KOA疗效优于塞来昔布,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of professor Cao Ren-fa＇s tendon manipulation for knee osteoarthritis（KOA）. Methods： 66 cases of KOA patients were randomly divided into treatment group（33 cases） and control group（33 cases）, the treatment group treated with professor Cao Ren-fa＇s tendon manipulation（1 time per day, 5 times as a course of treatment and 2 days off between courses）, while control group with Celecoxib capsules oral administration（1 pill, bid）, and evaluated the efficacy with visual analogue scales（VAS） and Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA）score after 4 courses of continuous treatment. Results： The markedly effective rate of treatment group was 87.89%, which was significantly higher than 60.61% that of control group（P〈0.01）; the improvement of VAS and JOA scores of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group（P〈0.05）; both groups had no severe adverse reactions. Conclusion： The efficacy of professor Cao Ren-fa＇s tendon manipulation in treatment of KOA is better than Celecoxib, which deserves clinical promotion and application.
