摘  要:为评估手持式叶绿素仪测定结果的可靠性及其与蔬菜叶绿素含量的相关性,本文选用了7种绿色蔬菜为实验材料,分别用手持叶绿素仪和分光光度法测定蔬菜叶片的SPAD值和叶绿素含量,并对二者进行相关性分析。结果显示:两种测定方法均稳定可靠,不同蔬菜叶片的SPAD值与其相应的叶绿素含量呈一定相关性,其中多项式关系最为显著。同种蔬菜不同绿色度叶片的SPAD值与其叶绿素含量也均显著相关,其中4种蔬菜多项式相关关系最为显著;其他3种蔬菜也呈显著的多项式相关关系。以上结果表明SPAD值能反映不同蔬菜的叶绿素含量,并能相互比较。In order to assess the reliability of the determination results of handheld chlorophyll analyzer and its correlation with chlorophyll content in vegetables, seven kinds of green vegetables were selected as experimental materials. The chlorophyll contents and SPAD values of these vegetable leaves were determined by Handheld Chlorophyll Analyzer and spectrophotometer respectively,and five relations were calculated. The results showed that both methods were stable and reliable. The SPAD values of different vegetable leaves were correlated with their corresponding chlorophyll contents, and polynomial relation was the most significant relation. The SPAD value and chlorophyll content of different green degree leaves of same vegetable were also correlated with each other significantly. Polynomial relation was also the most significant relation in four kinds of vegetables. The other three kinds of vegetables showed a significant polynomial correlation too, but not the most significant relation. The above results proved that the SPAD value can reflect the chlorophyll content in different kinds of vegetables and can be compared with each other.
