摘  要:目的调查我军青少年航空学校学生在改进抗荷体质训练方案实施后的体型变化情况,客观评估训练方式改变对学生体型影响,为进一步修订青少年航校学生体质高效训练方案提出合理建议。方法按照相关规范收集2016年入选青少年航空学校学生入学时及1年后体质量、身高及臀围数据,根据公式计算体质量指数(BMI)及体脂率,并进行统计学分析,将实施改进训练干预组和对照组学生数据进行比较,分析训练效果。结果对照组学生BMI和体脂率增长(P<0.001),干预组BMI和体脂率变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组BMI及体脂率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001和P<0.0001)。结论经过改进训练方法训练的学生BMI和体脂率增加受到抑制,证明改进的维护训练方法可以有效控制学生体脂增加,为进一步提高学生抗荷体质及进入航空大学进行飞行系统训练打下身体基础。ObjectiveTo investigate the variation of body shape after adopting an improved anti-G strategy in young students of teenager aviation schools, estimate the effect of a different training approach on body shape and make appropriate recommendations on physical training. MethodsWe collected the data on the weight, height and circumference of hips of students of 2016 upon their admission to school and one year later according to related guidelines. Their BMI and body fat rate were calculated and the difference between the experimental group and control group was analyzed before the training effectiveness was evaluated. ResultsPaired sample t-test revealed that the BMI and body fat rate were significantly different in the control group after one-year training according to the new anti-G strategy(P〈0.001). However, the BMI and body fat rate in the experimental group did not change significantly (P〉0.05). In addition, there was significant difference in the BMI and body fat rate between the control group and the experimental group(P〈0.001 and P〈0.0001). ConclusionThe improved training program can help inhibit the increase of BMI and body fat rate of students, suggesting that this new program is effective.
