摘  要:目的通过对8所空军青少年航空学校学生体脂率、体质量指数(BMI)和抗荷力量进行研究,揭示体脂率、BMI对抗荷力量的影响,为青少年航空学校学生的科学选拔和培养提供参考。方法选取8所青少年航空学校355名15~17岁在校高二学生,对其身高、体质量、臀围及各项抗荷力量指标进行测试和统计分析。结果体脂率轻度增高组学生握力较低体脂率组和正常体脂率组增加(P<0.05);体脂率重度增高组学生握力较低体脂率组增加(P<0.05),而同体脂率正常组和轻度增高组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。同低体脂率组比较,体脂率轻度增高组平均背力增加(P<0.05),而体脂率重度增高组和肥胖组同低体脂率组比较差异无统计学意义。在不同BMI组,超重组和正常体质量组的握力较低体质量组增加(P<0.05);而超重组和正常体质量组握力比较差异无统计学意义。结论体脂率和BMI会影响青少年航空学校学生的部分抗荷力量,在今后选拔和培养过程中应重视控制好学生体脂率和BMI。ObjectiveTo observe the effect of the body fat rate and BMI on physical strength qualities of students from eight teenager aviation schools in order to improve medical selection and propose training programs for teenager flying cadets. MethodsThree hundred and fifty-five students from 8 teenager aviation schools, aged 15 to 17, were selected as subjects. Their height, weight, hip circumference and various physical strength qualities (grip strength, pushup, legs and backs) were measured and statistically analyzed. ResultsGrip strength in the slightly high body fat rate group increased (P〈0.05) compared with the normal group and low body fat rate group. Grip strength in the severe high body fat rate group increased (P〈0.05) compared with the low body fat rate group. There was no significant difference in the body fat rate between the normal group and the mild group (P〉0.05). The back strength in the slightly high body fat rate group increased (P〈0.05) compared with the low body fat rate group. However, there was no significant difference in body fat rate between obesity group and low body fat rate group. Meanwhile, grip strength in the overweight group and normal weight group increased (P〈0.05) compared with the underweight group. There was no significant difference in grip strength between super recombinant group and normal body weight group. ConclusionBoth body fat rate and BMI can affect some of the physical strength qualities of students from eight teenager aviation schools and should be monitored during medical selection and training.
