摘　　要：选用青霉菌 (Pemicillumsp)用于纤维素酶液体深层发酵条件和生产工艺的研究。研究了纤维素酶二级和三级液体培养的条件。确定了种子液和发酵液的配方、产酶活力FPA16 7u/mL、β -葡聚糖酶活力 2 0万单位 /mL。为纤维素酶三级液体深层发酵的工业生产提供了工艺路线和参数。Enicillum sp was used to study the deep fermentation condition and the production technology of cellulase. Two and three stage liquid cultivation of cellulase was studied,and the form of breeding medium,fermentation medium was also determined.The activation of cellulase was 167u/ml,that of β-glucanase was 200000u/ml.The technological process and the parameters were provided for the industrial production of cellulase in three stage deep fermentation.
