摘　　要：台湾光复初期,台湾省行政长官公署为解决严重的粮荒,通过台湾善后救济分署向行政院善后救济总署申领了一批救济面粉,并进行平售和赈济平民,取得了一定效果,也引发了争议。Taiwan Provincial Administrative Office for the solution of the serious food shortages,with the work of Chinese Relief and Rehabilitation Administration Taiwan Regional Office,applied for a number of relief flour from Chinese Relief and Rehabilitation Administration after the recovery of Taiwan of China. They sold that relief flour at fair prices and relief to civilians,which had achieved certain effect,but also caused controversy.
