炔雌醇环丙孕酮对多囊卵巢综合征患者性激素和糖代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮(达英-35)对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者性激素和糖代谢的影响。方法将120例PCOS患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者给予克罗米芬治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用达英-35。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清性激素水平和糖代谢指标均明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者子宫内膜厚度、月经正常率、排卵率及妊娠成功率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论达英-35联合克罗米芬治疗PCOS疗效显著,且能有效改善患者性激素水平和糖代谢状态,促进排卵及提高妊娠率。Objective To investigate the effect of Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets（ Diane-35） on sex hormone and glucose metabolism in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome（ PCOS）. Methods Totally 120 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clomifene,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Diane-35. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96. 67%,which was significantly higher than 81. 67% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of serum sex hormone and glucose metabolism indexes in two groups were significantly improved,and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment,the endometrial thickness,normal menstruation rate,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There were no significantly differences in incidence rate of adverse reaction between the two group during treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Diane-35 combined with clomifene in the treatment of PCOS has a significant curative effect,it can significantly improve the levels of sex hormone and glucometabolic states,and it also can improve the rate of ovulation and pregnancy.
