摘　　要：目的观察并分析隐匿性高血压(masked hypertension,MH)患者血清尿酸水平及脉搏波传导速度的关系。方法随机选取我院2014年9月至2016年9月收治的隐匿性高血压患者65例为观察组,同期选取65例健康体检的血压正常的志愿者作为对照组;检测两组研究对象的血清尿酸水平及脉搏波传导速度,观察其变化情况,并分析其相互关系。结果 MH组血清尿酸及PWV水平均高于NBP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,MH组SUA与PWV呈正相关(r=0.816,P<0.05),而NBP组SUA与PWV未见明显相关性(r=0.029,P>0.05)。结论 MH患者SUA与PWV水平呈正相关,SUA是PWV的影响因素。Objective To explore the relation between the level of serum uric acid（SUA） and the pulse wave velocity（PWV） in patients with masked hypertension（MH）.Methods 65 cases were randomly selected from the patients with MH hospitalized during the period from Sept.,2014 to Sept.,2016 to be MH group while 65 norm with normal blood pressure（NBP） for physical examination were selected to be NBP group; detection of the SUA level and of PWV was made to cases in both group,and the changes were observed and the relation between the 2 was analyzed.Results The levels of SUA and PWV in MH group were higher than those in NBP group,the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）; the correlation analysis indicated that SUA and PWV in MH group were in positive correlation（r = 0.816,P 〈0.05） while no obvious correlation was found between SUA and PWV in NBP group（r =0.029,P〉0.05）.Conclusions SUA is positively correlated to PWV in patients with MH; SUA is the influencing factor of PWV.
