摘　　要："一带一路"战略是新疆经济发展的历史机遇,本文采用偏离——份额法分析2010——2015年期间新疆农业结构及产业竞争力水平,结果表明新疆的种植业及畜牧业具有较明显的比较优势。同时阐述"一带一路"背景下利于新疆农业发展的因素,并为新疆如何借机发挥自身优势促进农业发展提出具体建议。＂The Belt and Road55 Initiative is the historic opportunity for the economic development in Xinjiang, and this paper takes the shift share method to analyze the structure and industry competitiveness of Xinjiang agriculture from 2010 to 2015, indicating that the Xinjiang farming and animal husbandry have obvious comparative advantage. Meanwhile, the paper illustrates the factors in favor of the agricultural development in Xinjiang and puts forward specific proposals for how to play their own advantages to promote the development of agriculture in Xinjiang.
