摘　　要：标本制作在教学和科研中均发挥着重要作用,现今,标本更是作为装饰工艺品深受欢迎。结合哺乳动物剥制标本制作技术对一种改良的皮张鞣制技术进行了介绍。该技术在防腐、防蛀、防收缩、防变形等方面明显优于生皮制作,且克服了以往皮张鞣制技术的种种不足,低毒环保、操作简单、药品易得、缩短处理时间,适合学生在实验室进行操作。Specimen manufacture plays a significant role in teaching, scientific research and decora-tive crafts. An improved method to tan mammal skin in specimen manufacture is introduced. This meth-od is better than making with raw skin in the aspects of aczoiling,avoiding shrinking,avoiding deform-ation and etc. It also makes up the shortcomings of past methods of tanning of mammal,s skin. It is en-vironmentally friendly,easy practical and timesaving,and it is suitable for students to make in the laboratories.
