基于VMware Workstation虚拟机及群晖存储的外语语言实验室教学实践

摘　　要：四川大学外语语言训练中心部署了多套语言教学系统,包括Televic、喜马云等。在实际的教学使用过程中,出现了出版社光盘程序无法使用,教师应用程序安装运行后系统卡滞等问题,这些问题在一定程度上影响了教学的正常进行。在现有硬件设施的基础上,提出了基于VMware Workstation及Synology存储的解决方案。该方案相较于其他解决方案而言,具有成本较低,部署快捷,无需改变现有教室硬件环境的特点,实践表明,该方案具有较强的可行性。1n order to meet the demands of foreign language learning,some foreign learning systems, such as Televic language learning system,Xi Ma cloud-based language learning system, etc.,are de-ployed in our center. 1n practice of foreign language training,some problems arose,such as DVD pro-gram compatibility problem,Windows system runs slowly when running hardware consuming applica-tions, etc. To solving these problems, a VMware Workstation and Synology storage system combined architecture is proposed in this paper. 1n this architecture,the incompatible DVD programs and hard-ware consuming applications are encapsulated into a virtual operating system which is hosted by servers running on LAN. Compared with other solutions,the proposed method cost lower and can be deployed quickly without changing the current hardware environment. Practice shows that the proposed architec-ture is feasible and efficient.
