摘 要:成人发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)真实髋臼(真臼)形态的解剖变异和骨质缺损为全髋关节置换手术带来诸多困难。三维重建技术在明确骨性解剖结构、定量分析骨质储备方面均具有显著优势。结合各型DDH真臼解剖学特点制定术前髋臼重建方案,能够有效降低术后并发症并改善关节功能。本文拟结合DDH分型针对真臼三维形态学研究及髋臼重建的处理策略作一综述。Because of the anatomic abnormalities and dysplastic deficiencies in the true acetabulum,adult developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH) presents many technical challenges to orthopaedic surgeons.Three-dimensional(3 D) reconstruction is recognized as an effective tool in detecting the morphological features and in assessing the bone density of the true acetabulum. A better understanding of anatomic abnormalities in different classifications preoperatively is necessary to ensure proper acetabular reconstruction,which would contribute to minimizing complications and improving joint function. Based on DDH classifications,this article aimed to summarize the current morphological investigations of true acetabulum and to reveal the considerations of acetabular reconstruction in DDH.
