摘　　要：痛风石的手术治疗历史悠久,即使在有效的降尿酸药物出现后,手术仍是痛风石重要的辅助治疗手段,特别对于无法耐受降尿酸治疗或药物疗效不佳的患者,但目前国内痛风石手术指征尚不明确。本文重点综述中国地区痛风手术情况,包括患者人群、手术指征、手术方法及预后,结果显示国内行痛风石手术的患者多数未经过系统和规律的内科治疗。有关报道显示国内的传统开放式手术及关节镜手术治疗的预后均好于国外。痛风石治疗应以严格的内科干预为基础,强调医生的连续性管理。在手术治疗决策上需要内外科间的协作,才能让患者获益最大。Tophi surgery has a long history. After widely usage of uric acid lowering drugs,it has become the supplementary treatment,especially in those patients with drugs intolerance or poor efficacy. So far,there is no consensus in surgical indication for tophus. This article reviewed papers about tophi surgery,focusing on patients from China's Mainland. It included patient information,surgical indications,surgical methods,and prognoses. The results showed most patients who received surgical treatment had not received strict drug treatment before. And the main methods were traditional open surgery and arthroscopic surgery. All the prognoses were better than those published case reports from elsewhere. Above all,continuity management is critical in tophi treatment and medical intervention should be the center of it. The collaboration between surgeon and physician is important in decision-making of tophi surgery,which can enable patients to benefit most.
