摘 要:依据某企后桥主齿总成装配工艺控制标准,通过搭建主齿总成装配的力封闭模型和圆锥滚子轴承力学特性计算模型,并对轴承和隔套的轴向力学特性曲线进行测试分析,在考虑轴承内圈截留载荷和垫片厚度的影响基础上,提出一种后桥主齿总成装配变形耦合和轴向力分配的图表分析方法。通过该方法,可以分析预紧垫片的厚度对主齿总成装配质量的影响机制。结果显示,在主齿总成的装配过程中,精确控制预紧垫片的选装厚度误差,可实现隔套轴向力与轴承预紧力的精确分配,提高主齿总成装配质量。According to the assembly process control standard of the main axle gear assembly, by building the force closure model of the main gear assembly and the calculation model of the mechanical properties of tapered roller bearing, testing the axial mechanical properties of bearing and sleeve, and considering the influence of bearing inner ring friction and washer thickness, it presents a graphical analysis method for the coupling deformation and axial force distribution of the main axle gear assembly, analyzing the influence of the thickness of the preload washers on the assembly quality of the main gear assembly, The results show that the optional thickness error of precise control of preload washers, It can realize the accurate distribution of the axial force and the pre tightening force, and improve the assembly quality.
