摘  要:对目前国际上几种较为典型的非火工包带式星箭分离装置的研究状况进行了综述,按照包带连接位置和解锁方式的不同对其进行了分类。主要针对熔断式、形状记忆合金式、电子触发式、热电螺母触发式和电机驱动式包带分离装置的工作原理、主要性能特点和应用背景等进行了简要的分析,指出其潜在的问题与优势。介绍了国内学者对非火工包带分离装置的研究现状,对未来高性能非火工包带式分离装置应用新材料、新型电子装置及直流电机的发展趋势做出了预测与展望,为设计新型装置提供思路。Several typical international non-pyrotechnic clamp-band separation devices are introduced. The clamp-band is classifiedby clamp-band joint positionand the method of unlocking. The operating principle, application background and main performance characteristics of clamp-band separation devices based on thermal fusing, shape memory alloy, electronic trigger, thermoelectric nut trigger and motor driving are analyzed, and their advantages and disadvantages are pointedout. The current domestic research status of non-pyrotechnic clamp-band separation devices is introduced. The prediction of high- performance non-pyrotechnic clamp-band separation device is made on new materials, newelectronic devices and DC motors, and it provides the ideas of designing new clamp-band separation devices.
