摘 要:针对钻井废弃物性质稳定,难以高效的被分离成固液两相的特点,为达到钻井废弃物快速减量化的目的,研发了可满足大处理量下快速分离稳定钻井废弃物的高效絮凝剂,絮凝剂为多种有效成分复配,在加量低于0.5%的情况下即可快速实现对废弃物的脱稳絮凝,从而高效的实现废弃物的脱稳减量。此絮凝剂在胜利油区配合脱水减量化设备进行了现场实验,实验效果较好。According to characteristics of the drilling wastes is stable, and hard to be separated into solid-liquid phase. For the purpose of rapid decreasing in drilling wastes, we have researched and developed a high efficiency flocculant which can separate and stabilize drilling wastes rapidly with large handling capacity. The flocculant is compounded by various kinds of active ingredients, and the desulfurization and flocculation of wastes can be rapidly achieved when the addition amount is less than 0.5 %, so as to achieve destabilization and reduction of wastes effectively. The flocculant was tested in the Shengli oil area with satisfactory results.
