摘 要:射孔作为一种重要的完井方式,在陆上油田广泛应用,射孔液质量的好坏直接关系到油层保护的效果和单井油气产量。目前的常规射孔液在油层保护或保护环境方面存在一些不足,因此通过大量室内研究,研制出了"双保型"射孔液体系,该射孔液具有无固相、低滤失、强抑制黏土膨胀、界面张力低、易返排、渗透率恢复率高且对环境无污染等特点,在大港油田应用12井次,覆盖中孔、低渗、中渗、高渗储层物性范围,取得良好油层保护效果。Perforation is a kind of important well completion method, which is widely used in onshore oilfield. The quality of perforating fluid is directly related to the effect of reservoir protection and the oil and gas production of single well. The conventional perforating fluid in reservoir protection or to protect the environment exists some shortcomings, so an environmental friendly and reservoir protection perforating fluid has been developed through a lot of laboratory research.And the perforating fluid with solid free, low filtration, strong inhibition of swelling clay, low interfacial tension, easy to back row, the permeability recovery rate is high and has no pollution to the environment. It was used 12 times in Dagang oilfield, it has achieved good reservoir protection effect within the confines of porosity, low permeability,permeability, high permeability layer range.
