摘 要:生物节律的机制是一系列内源性生物钟基因的转录和转录后调控所产生的分子振荡,机体以24小时为单位表现出来的一贯性、规律性的变化模式,由睡眠稳态系统和生物钟系统共同维系,生物钟基因与睡眠的关系密切,在这些基因的调节下,机体的生理和行为等一系列活动得以正常进行,而当其发生突变,可导致睡眠障碍的发生;生物钟基因的多态性,以及生物钟对神经递质和神经信号通路的调控,在睡眠障碍的发病过程中起着重要作用。The mechanism of biorhythm is a molecular oscillation of transcription and post-transcriptional regulation of a series of endogenous bioclock genes. The consistently and regularly changing pattern by 24-hour shown by organism is maintained by the combination of sleep steady system and bioclock system,and bioclock genes are related to sleep closely which bioclock genes regulate biological rhythms to make physiology and behavior of organism being run normally,but when the biological clock gene mutated,so that leading to the occurrence of sleep disorders. And bioclock gene polymorphism,and its regulationg to the neurotransmitter and neural signaling pathways plays an important role in the process of sleep disorder pathogenesis.
